Below is every venue in 92075 that publishes what it can hold — with the real capacities, who to email, and what we could not confirm.
Capacities are the ones each venue publishes itself, checked on September 27, 2026. Food and beverage minimums are almost never posted publicly, so treat every number here as the starting point of a conversation, not a quote.

Solana Beach rents two of its own buildings by the hour. Cheaper than a restaurant buyout, but you bring your own everything — and the city's rules are strict.
Fletcher Cove Community Center

Ask about the food and beverage minimum, not the room fee.
Almost no restaurant here publishes one, and it is usually the number that decides your budget.

Check what the surcharge is.
Lana, for one, adds 3.5% to every guest check — separate from tip.

Belly Up is 21+.
No minors at any private event there, and everyone is out by 1:00 a.m.

Two spaces are run by outside event teams.
Rustic Root books through RMD Group and Carruth Cellars replies in 2–3 business days, so neither is a same-week booking.

City venues need paperwork.
Applications are due at least 30 days out, insurance is mandatory, and any event with 25 or more people on public property needs a Special Event Permit.

You cannot throw a private party on the sand.
The city says private events are not allowed at Fletcher Cove or on city beaches — the community center above the cove is the rentable part.

Book the busy stretches early.

These Solana Beach spots publish nothing about private events, which does not mean no: Claire's on Cedros, WetStone Wine Bar, The Encore Sushi, Culture Brewing Co. and Station Sushi. All are small rooms, so a weeknight buyout is worth a phone call.
